Introduction to Cyber Investigation: learn how to use online investigation tools based on open sources (OSINT).

Programme:

  • Learn how to use online investigation tools based on open sources (OSINT), such as official websites or search engines.
  • Learn the techniques and tools to collect public information, correlate data, and process it.

Who it is for: Members of the State Security Forces and Corps, professionals in investigative journalism, private detectives, and any professional who needs to deepen their knowledge of cyber investigation techniques to perform their work effectively.

  • You must have a computer with an internet connection and the Chrome browser to use certain extensions.
  • The session cannot be recorded and will not be recorded for later viewing, and no link will be available for that purpose; IT IS A LIVE ONLINE SESSION. Under current data protection laws in Europe and the U.S., recording the session without prior authorisation is a criminal offence.
  • The slides are not available; however, you may take as many photos of the screen as you wish.

Trainer:

Selva Orejón, @selvaorejon is CEO of onBRANDING, holds a degree in Communication Sciences, is a court expert specialising in Identity, Digital Reputation and Cyber Investigation, and holds a diploma in Intelligence in the Service of the State and Business.
