Disappearing from Google: Right to be forgotten, or right to de-indexing?

Following the ruling, several conclusions emerge, such as:

  1. Google is no longer just a mirror; it is now responsible for the information and for canceling all data, as it is the entity that decides on the processing.
  2. There is no absolute right to be forgotten because there is a right to information.
  3. It has not changed due to economic interest, nor will it index based on it. The right to data protection can and must prevail.
