Disappearing from Google: Right to be forgotten, or right to de-indexing?
Following the ruling, several conclusions emerge, such as:
- Google is no longer just a mirror; it is now responsible for the information and for canceling all data, as it is the entity that decides on the processing.
- There is no absolute right to be forgotten because there is a right to information.
- It has not changed due to economic interest, nor will it index based on it. The right to data protection can and must prevail.
