This morning, a colleague notified me via Skype, sending a message that asked: “What are you doing on Facebook in your nightgown?”
It was indeed a personal photo—not in a nightgown, but at home in my loungewear… Well, that was IMPOSSIBLE; I have my account completely restricted using contact lists, classified according to levels of permissiveness and privacy.
But then I went to my Facebook account and indeed it was just as he said; through my colleague’s account, he should not have been able to see my photo. To our surprise, I could see his photos as well—a total disaster.
I believe it has been resolved now, but we had a few minutes of a “panic attack,” thinking, “Take that down right now, you’re not safe!”
