How we work at onbranding

Do it well and make it known, but use your head! This first part of the phrase has a debated origin—”Do it well and make it”—with some attributing it to Ivy Ledbetter Lee and others to Edward Louis Bernays.

A large part of our team is made up of radical communication purists—graduates and professionals with more than 15 years of experience—and while it is true that this remains our main motto, for more than 3 years there has been a variable we must take into account: “privacy” and digital defence. If you do not control your digital presence, nor that of your brand, you allow passive communication to speak for you; therefore, do it with your head.

The phrase we show you in the image of this post serves to introduce us; it is our team’s motto—a group of people from diverse professional backgrounds who work in Sleeper Cells under a single objective:

“That our clients not only do it well, but also manage to make it known to those who need to know, when appropriate, and in the most suitable way.”

We are a multidisciplinary team, and our team is rooted in 5 different professional fields:

  • A clear leadership that ensures the Protection, Defence and Promotion of commercial and personal brands
  • Communication specialists with expertise in reputation and managing online hostility
  • Experts in Security and ethical Hacking
  • Researchers educated and born into the new cyber paradigm
  • Criminologists and professionals in the legal field

How do we work? We are Sleeper Cells
It would not be strategic for all of us to be in the same office for at least 8 hours a day; this would make us lose one of our most powerful assets, our contacts, and these are maintained by staying in touch and having real relationships.

Why don’t you always work together in an office?

If we worked in a conventional way, we would stop being in touch with the native professional environment of each of the sectors we belong to.

Nor are we interested in always working from 9 am to 7 pm; sometimes the most interesting things happen outside these hours, and we also need to rest; therefore, we work to objectives.

The network sustains us

We come together when we need to and when it makes sense; we are in constant contact and we know that we can always count on one another. We are a real network, and it sustains our work.
