Internet Events in Germany (Internet World Conference and Internet World Business)

This morning, a good friend, “Monty” (Mortesa Dariani), the brother of Ehssan Dariani (CEO of studiVZ), where I used to work, sent me a message inviting me to two of the largest industry events in Germany.

Given how little time I have, it is difficult to decide which one to attend; on the one hand, we have:

The Internet World Conference in Munich on April 13-14, and The “re:publica” Conference in Berlin on the 14-15.

It is very difficult to decide. So, I believe we will have to split up…

His company, Plista—with which he is already threatening me, telling me to be ready for when they go international because he is going to call me—is nominated for the Internet World Business Idea 2010, and we are obviously going to vote for it.

I never imagined I would be so closely linked to Germany; I truly regret having worked around the clock—which was great for the experience and all—but knowing German would have been so useful. So, perhaps I will finally find a few hours of time and sign up for a Deutsch Kurs!

To those attending the fair, I will see you there; for those who are not, we will have a summary of the highlights from our perspective on slideshare.
