In accordance with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), and Articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD”), which regulates the right to information when collecting data, we inform you of the following.

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

What presence does onBRANDING, S.L. have on social media?

onBRANDING, S.L. has the following profiles on the main social networks on the Internet (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Slideshare, LinkedIn, Blog).

It is acknowledged as the controller of the data of its users, followers, or persons who post comments through them. Likewise, in accordance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, onBRANDING, S.L. is exempt from any liability arising from comments made by users and followers on its social media.

onBRANDING, S.L. may use the profiles described above to inform its users about topics it considers informative, any type of events, articles published on the Blog or on any social network; as well as to publish offers or provide personalised services to the customer.

What personal data do we collect?

Personal data that the user may provide:

  • First and last name.
  • Telephone number and email address.
  • Subject and messages.
  • IP address, user agent, date and time you accessed our services, the internet browser you use, and data about the device’s operating system.

Any other information or data you decide to share with us. In some cases, completing the registration form is mandatory in order to access and use certain services offered on the website; likewise, failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy makes it impossible to subscribe, register or participate in any promotions in which personal data are required.

Why and for what purposes do we process your data?

Depending on the purposes, we will need to process certain data or others, which in general will be, as applicable, the following:

  • The collection and automated processing of data through the website will be carried out via the form in the “contact” section, both for enquiries and for information, as well as the collection of any information for the provision of the service for collecting enquiries.

As a general rule, onBRANDING, S.L. will not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law or where a service has been outsourced for the company’s normal operation.
