Entrepreneur Mireia Cigarrán—creator of VR Pharma, the first digital pharmacy for virtual reality pills—and businesswoman Selva Orejón—founder of the cybersecurity company OnBRANDING—were among the awardees of the Premis DonaTIC 2022, promoted by the Secretariat for Digital Policies with the aim of recognising and raising the profile of the fundamental role of women in ICT. The list of winners of the DonaTIC Awards 2022, presented at the TNC to coincide with Ada Lovelace Day, also recognised the project Oracle4Teachers, the M2m initiative of the Club Dones Politècniques of the UPC, engineer Carolina Pinart, researcher Gemma Piella, psychologist Maria del Mar Porras and scientist Anna Muñoz, among others.
