Gloria Gaitán, a member of onBranding, is interviewed on RTVE 2’s Café d’Idees programme by Gemma Nierga to discuss the National Cybersecurity Plan announced by President Sánchez. This plan, with a budget of €1 billion, envisages launching around 150 initiatives over the next three years, including the creation of the national platform for reporting and monitoring cyber incidents and threats, and driving the establishment of the Cybersecurity Operations Centre of the General State Administration.

This significant injection of funding has generated public interest in Spain: Is this investment in cybersecurity a consequence of the war in Ukraine? Are we already receiving cyberattacks originating in Russia? What are the most important targets that may be most exposed to a cyberattack?
