Is the user unprotected, or can they defend themselves against this violation of their privacy?

We have Google’s response to this investigation and, furthermore, we have the collaboration of Selva Orejón, a specialist in digital identity protection, who talks to us about pre-installed software: “It is all that information that comes on your phone without you being aware of it, which you have no possibility of deleting.
