This morning I woke up to this great news: I appeared in the Top 100 women with a talent for communication published by WellCommunity. I received an email from Rosa Matías, whom I appreciate and respect, a great professional at the head of the WellComm project.

“Today, March 8, is International Women’s Day and, although some may say it is an unnecessary commemoration, we still believe it is a good opportunity to remember that thousands of women still have lower salaries than their male colleagues, that only 8% of the directors of Ibex 35 companies are women, that the percentage of women in business management stands at 13% of the total, or that in the media the ranks are full of women but only men are bosses.”

Each one does what she can, where she can, and without great fanfare because communication is full of noise and “snoring” that causes us to lose strength and distracts us. We, meanwhile, keep doing our thing.

Congratulations on being a woman.
