This morning, a friend sent me this link; it is the Spanair video from December 24, 2010, Unexpected Luggage. Spanair has launched its YouTube channel and has already begun to use its imagination—we believe they will do well. This past December 24, they released their video, “Unexpected Luggage,” in which the Spanair team prepared gifts for their passengers. We don’t want to give too much away; we prefer for you to watch it yourselves and judge for yourselves.

Our December 24 flight from Barcelona to Las Palmas landed in Gran Canaria almost at midnight. 190 people would be flying while everyone else was celebrating Christmas Eve. Christmas is a very special time, so we decided to do something special for them.

If only their flights were always like that… yesterday we took one back from Barcelona to Madrid and it’s better forgotten—the flight attendants were quite dull and some were even rude, without a doubt. But I imagine that working on Saint Stephen’s Day isn’t very motivating either.
