STOP onHATE is a non-profit service for online hate content removal. We initiated this activity thanks to the relationship between our director, Selva Orejón, and non-profit associations such as Licra (International League Against Racism and Antisemitism), and Movimiento contra la Intolerancia (Movement Against Intolerance), led by Esteban Ibarra.
Selva Orejón and her team are known and respected in police and business circles for their ability to locate information on targets through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), PRIVINT, and SOCMINT, as well as for employing effective corporate communication strategies for crisis management in digital environments.
Throughout years of extensive work in both the private and public sectors, the team has encountered numerous cases of antisemitic and anti-Zionist content. To address this, methods and tools were developed to improve information gathering processes across media and networks, as well as digital certification of content that must be reported to the Hate Crimes Prosecutor’s Office.
The techniques for searching, detecting, certifying, and removing content have been developed so that, always in coordination with Associations and the Prosecutor’s Office, content can be removed as quickly as possible.
With the detection methodology, we search for:
- Aliases in social media profiles
- Sensitive documents
- User IP addresses
- Social media user content by location
- Email addresses
- Content from seemingly private conversations in private email chains
- Compromised email information
- Full Facebook profile data that is visible at first glance..
