SUBSIDIZED COURSES onBranding – Fundación Tripartita:
To all who have expressed interest in a course from Selva, we have partnered with Fundación Tripartita to offer subsidized courses.
All companies with 1 to 5 employees are allocated 420 euros per year for training, and those with more than 5 employees receive even more (details at the end of the post).

SCHEDULE
I am flexible, but I prefer courses to be between 2 and 4 days maximum (4h/day), mornings or afternoons, as needed. Weekends are also an option.
COSTS AND SUBSIDIES
These courses are subsidized, but if you are not eligible for the subsidy, a 2-session, 4-hour course (8 hours total) costs 250 euros per student.
100% Subsidized Training Credits
Spanish companies are eligible for an annual bonus for employee training, which can be redeemed by deducting it from the Social Security contribution for the month following the training. The percentage that can be deducted increases with smaller company sizes.
• Companies with 6 to 9 employees: 100%
• Companies with 10 to 49 employees: 75%
• Companies with 50 to 249 employees: 60%
• Companies with 250 or more employees: 50%
How the Subsidy Works
The company must meet the following requirements to qualify for the training bonus and funding:
• The workplace must be located within Spanish territory.
• The training must be for its employees who contribute to professional training contingency.
Requirements for Subsidized Training
• Training must be subsidized with a minimum of 7 calendar days’ notice.
• A maximum of 8 hours/day per employee will be taught.
• Training must be no less than 6 hours.
• Training must conclude before December 31st.
